Conditions of Entry
Payment ‐ Entries must be accompanied by full payment. Entry forms will not be processed until the full payment has been received and cleared. Acceptable methods of payment are Cash, Cheque, Money Order or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Payment Periods ‐ Entry Forms RECEIVED on or after the payment periods that do not include the higher fees will be rejected and returned. Entry Forms will not be considered submitted until received with the correct fee.
Presentation ‐ Tickets to be purchased in advance. Tickets may not be available after the closing date.
Withdrawals ‐ Withdrawals prior to 31 December 2018 will be eligible for a refund less an administration fee. Withdrawals after 31 January 2019 will be eligible for a refund less an administration fee. Withdrawals after 28 February 2019 and failure to attend will be at the discretion of the Match organisers.
Release and waiver – Entries must include a signed and dated Release and Waiver as shown below.
Squadding – Final squadding will be at the discretion of the Match organisers and cannot be guaranteed.
Licences and Permits – By submitting my entry I certify that I accept the MATCH ENTRY RELEASE AND WAVIER and that I hold the required licences or permits to be in possession of a Cat H firearms in the state or NSW.
Physical Firearms Licence must be shown at registration.
No electronic versions accepted.
